FreeLife’s Seven Step Quality Manufacturing Process carefully
monitors every aspect of delivering Himalayan quality Goji juice from
harvesting to when the finished product is bottled. The uniquely developed
process is FreeLife’s promise that nothing is left to chance.
Each bottle of Himalayan Goji Juice undergoes this quality process
to assure consistent potency, purity and authenticity.
Seven Step Quality Manufacturing Process:
#1. Selection Criteria
FreeLife’s spectral signature analysis allows for only Himalayan
quality berries ripened on the vine to be harvested and sorted.
#2. Purification and Inspection
The Himalayan quality berries are then carefully
scrutinized at a licensed, government inspected juicing facility
as they are gently washed.
#3. Juicing Process
The puree of the juiced berries are sieved through
a micro fine screen to remove all stems and seeds.
#4. Analysis and Testing
While being tested to ensure the absence of pesticide
traces, the Goji puree undergoes an extensive nutrient and microbiological
analysis.
#5. Proprietary Chill Blending
To preserve the active polysaccharides and optimal
blending, the puree is mixed with natural ingredients in accordance
with FreeLife’s exclusive recipe and proprietary blending
process.
#6. Cold Fill Process
FreeLife precludes the possibility of leaching
by sparing no expense on the bottles which will contain Himalayan
Goji Juice. These plasticizer free bottles must be of pharmaceutical
grade before being cold filled with Himalayan Goji Juice.
#7. Final Testing
The final product of Himalayan Goji Juice undergoes
an extensive set of tests which include complete microbiological
testing, polysaccharide analysis and, of course, a final spectral
signature test.
